are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Monthly Services

For recurring services such as:

• Marketplace Operations

• Performance Marketing

• Account Management

• Catalog Management

Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for services already delivered during the active billing period.

4. Advance Payments

Advance payments reserve project resources and scheduling.

Advance payments are generally non-refundable after project confirmation.

5. Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as:

• Meta Ads

• Google Ads

• Amazon Ads

are managed directly through the respective platforms and are not refundable by Vrinandya Ventures.

6. Third-Party Fees

Payments made towards third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Shopify Subscription

• Domain Registration

• Hosting

• Shipping Providers

• Payment Gateways

• Software Licenses

are subject to the refund policies of the respective providers.

7. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started:

• Payment for completed work remains non-refundable.

• Any pending deliverables beyond completed work will not be produced unless agreed otherwise.

• Additional charges may apply for work already performed.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional situations, at the sole discretion of Vrinandya Ventures.

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Vrinandya Ventures before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.
