This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which you may cancel a service or request a refund for products or services purchased through the platform operated by Vrinandya Ventures Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using our platform or purchasing any product or service, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Service Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 7 (seven) days from the date of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if:

    • The service has already been initiated, or

    • The client account setup has begun, or

    • The service has started receiving activity/orders.

1.2 No Cancellation After Service Start

  • Once the service has started and the first order is received on the client’s dashboard, no cancellation request shall be accepted.

  • In such cases, the service shall be deemed as successfully initiated, and the payment shall be non-refundable.

3. Product-Related Refunds (If Applicable)

3.1 Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective products, the issue must be reported to our customer support team within 7 (seven) days of receipt.

  • Refund or replacement requests will be processed only after verification by the respective seller or merchant listed on the platform.

3.2 Product Not as Described

  • If you believe the product received is not as shown on the platform or does not meet expectations, you must report the issue within 7 (seven) days of delivery.

  • Our customer service team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision based on verification.

3.3 Perishable Products

  • Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or similar goods.

  • Refund or replacement may be considered only if the quality of the delivered product is proven to be unsatisfactory.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty, any issues must be directly addressed with the respective manufacturer.

  • The Company shall not be responsible for warranty-related claims.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • If a refund is approved by the Company, it shall be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.
